• Use of seasonal concepts as inspiration to identify and develop key colors, fabrications, silhouettes and trims for development for the season and adapt it appropriately to each department
• Create designs that encompass style, color, and fabric as a result of interpreting trends based on a merchant line plan and incorporate feedback for finalization
• Partner with Production and sourcing to design merchandise that fits within the cost parameters and target customer profile of the brand strategy
• Present line to CEO and Merchants at Line Presentation and support Merchants during Buy Review
• Manage Assistant Designer and Intern
